As a result of an extensive scoping and selection process RMIT University have chosen Open Windows CONTRACTS as their Contract Lifecycle Management software solution.

Following recommendations RMIT enhance their current contract management processes, RMIT began the search for a better way of managing contracts.

Open Windows CONTRACTS met all the key requirements for RMIT, with breadth of functionality, extensive support & maintenance services, and competitive pricing being key deciding factors. RMIT required local support so were pleased that the vendor, Open Windows Australia Pty Ltd was a 100% Australian owned and operated company based in Melbourne.

RMIT is currently implementing Open Windows CONTRACTS (PRO) followed by the Open Windows eTendering module. Currently in the order of $30 million worth of contracts is under management by the system at RMIT, with a further $150 million earmarked for management. RMIT supplier contracts are monitored end to end from inception, through delivery, review and renewal under Open Windows CONTRACTS.
