OWS Announces Appointment of Warren Shaw to National role of Director, Client Engagement

As part of our ongoing commitment to helping our valued clients transform their procurement and contract management processes, OWS is delighted to announce the appointment of Warren Shaw to the role of Director, Client Engagement.

Previously, Warren managed our northern region operations in NSW and Queensland, and was responsible for client satisfaction across new and existing clients. In this new role, he will be managing a national team of Client Engagement Managers and rolling out a new engagement framework to help optimise value and benefits realisation for our clients.
