Open Windows Software is delighted to welcome Warren Shaw to our growing team!
As Manager Northern Region, Warren will draw from over 30 years of experience in business development and management roles within the IT and Technology spheres, most recently as Manager – Client Engagement for IT services management company COSOL.
“My initial focus is to develop sales strategies within the industries where OWS has been most successful,” Warren says.
“This will encompass four pillars: strategic partnerships, thought leadership, unique value proposition, and consultative selling.”
Although the Source-to-Contract lifecycle is complex, with a myriad of activities and processes that need to be tightly co-ordinated and synchronised across the T.E.A.M. spectrum (Tender >Evaluate >Award >Manage), Warren emphasises that the Open Windows’ modular procurement suite “is a proven end-to-end integrated solution for tackling these complexities and challenges.”
“[Addressing these challenges] is actually pretty straightforward,” he explains. “Having developed and implemented world-leading solutions for over 25 years, [Open Windows] SMEs have the experience and knowledge to make a real difference to the lives of procurement professionals and KPI achievement.”
Warren is keen to demonstrate the risks of running manual, semi-manual, and disparate systems to procurement departments, while highlighting the transformative benefits of implementing automated end-to-end source-to-contract processes.
“We can also assist procurement professionals to develop a conservative cost justification for solution investment, based on numbers they are comfortable to support in a business case,” he adds.
“Furthermore, we’ll gladly help to present and support their business case to decision makers as their on-tap Subject Matter Experts.”
In his spare time, Warren is a guitarist and vocalist who enjoys the occasional jam session with like-minded corporate musicians.
