Open Windows Annual User Conference is almost here!
OW2018 is an annual event that brings together Open Windows software users from all over the country to collaborate, learn and network to enhance their user experience and management of the contract lifecyle.
The OW2018 conference is a one day event and will be held in both Melbourne and Brisbane, the same schedule will run at both conferences, you’re welcome to attend either event.
This is a free event for all Open Windows software users.

Graham has been involved in Contracts and Procurement practices in Local Government for the past 24 years at Bayside, Yarra Ranges and Yarra City Councils. His role included the development and implementation of Procurement Policies, Guidelines and templates, Contract Management Guidelines and the Implementation and administration of Procurement Software Solutions such as the OW Contract Management System e-tendering solutions and others. During his time, he has sought and introduced innovative solutions that has assisted in streamlining Tender processes and achieving paperless environments.
Graham will be participating in a Q&A at OW2018 in Melbourne.

Sage Dane has been working in Procurement related roles for over 15 years, with the last 10 years focused within Local Government. Since joining the City of Yarra 3 years ago, Sage has been involved in a range of procurement projects including the implementation and rollout of Open Windows in early 2016
Sage will be participating in a Q&A at OW2018 in Melbourne.

Dr. Sara Cullen is a fellow at Melbourne University, an associate at the London School of Economics and on the ANZ Board of the International Association for Commercial and Contract Management. Previously, she was a national partner at Deloitte and the global thought leader for the outsourcing practice.
Sara has written 19 books and 132 publications and has been featured in the Australian Financial Review, Directions in Government, The Financial Times and many more. Her expertise is globally acknowledged, resulting in research reviews for the Harvard Business Review, the California Management Review, Journal of Information Technology, and IEE Transactions on Engineering Management.

Noel has worked across all disciplines, with a career in Procurement spanning 18 years. Noel manages BlueScope Procurement systems, tools, processes, policies and procedures across its Australian operations supporting the 100+ team. Since the end of 2017 Noel has been leading BlueScope’s Contractor Prequalification project across it’s Aust/NZ operations, utilising the Open Windows SRM portal.
Noel will be presenting at OW2018 in Brisbane.

Cathy has worked at BlueScope Procurement for the past ten years focussing on knowledge management and systems. Cathy has played a key role in the development and implementation of the Contractor Company Prequalification process and system utilising Open Windows questionnaires and SRM Portal.
