Capping off a string of exciting announcements is our third for the year – Open Windows is now a Registered Supplier on the Victorian Government eServices Register!

Teresa Nagle, Manager Southern Region, says this development marks a “logical step forward” for the Victorian Government/Open Windows relationship.

“Open Windows has provided its solution to numerous Victorian Government organisations for many years,” Teresa says.

“Becoming a registered supplier on the eServices Register now provides greater visibility of, and access to, the Open Windows solution for similar organisations.”

Victorian government agencies, local government authorities, and not-for-profits delivering government services can all access “proven” SaaS solutions through the Register, through a streamlined sourcing and tendering process.

“Organisations seeking to implement a contract management solution can access the register to investigate potential solutions from suppliers, which they know have already provided demonstrable evidence of the quality of their solutions used by similar organisations.”

Compared to other suppliers listed in the eServices Register, Teresa says Open Windows is unique due to its comprehensive capabilities.

“We provide an end-to-end integrated procurement solution incorporating procurement planning, tendering, online quotes and orders, contract management, supplier compliance, and project management.”

“This allows data to flow through the entire solution from beginning to end, eliminating the need for clients to implement multiple point solutions and replicate data across multiple systems.”
