Welcome Richard Sibley!
Richard Sibley joins the team as Business Development Manager, alongside our existing team.
A wealth of sales experience will no doubt underpin the personalised, yet contextually savvy way Richard plans to lead his clients towards the optimal procurement solution for their needs.
Most recently, Richard worked as an Enterprise Accounts Executive at analytics company Zoomdata, where he helped a variety of organisations streamline their business processes with world-class Business Intelligence solutions. In his role at Open Windows, Richard plans to aid commercial sector organisations in re-shaping their contract management practices – particularly small to medium-sized companies.
“Australia is built on tier-two and small businesses, and they’re honestly the companies that should be embracing an automated contract management solution,” Richard says.
“With our volatile economic climate today, it’s essential that procurement teams provide their companies with good control and visibility of their risks.”
Richard adds that while these companies are effectively smaller than your typical Top 500, they still have hundreds, even thousands of contracts to deal with, both external and internal. “It’s important to equip them with a solution that will enhance their contractual relationships not only with suppliers, but with customers and employees alike.”
In his spare time, Richard enjoys spending time with his family, and when he has a spare moment, golfing or fishing.
